TISSNET Syllabus is similar to other postgraduate entrance exams like CAT. The question paper is divided into three sections viz. Proficiency in English/Verbal Ability, Mathematics, and Logical Reasoning, General Awareness, or Social Sensitivity.
TISSNET 2021 is expected to be conducted in January 2021. The Exam Pattern of TISSNET is devised to be at par with Secondary level with questions ranging from moderate to difficult. However, most of the TISSNET Online Exam is moderate and students with a decent amount of preparation can ace the exam.

TISSNET 2020 Syllabus comprises three subjects as mentioned above. The two out of three, Reasoning and English, can be studied and prepared using traditional approaches and TISSNET Question Papers. The other section, i.e. General Awareness has questions from the recent international and national events. The ace university checks students’ awareness regarding the recent ongoing and judges them on that.
There is a total of 100 questions in the TISSNET Online examination. Candidates are given 1 hour 40 minutes to solve them. Among the 100 questions, 30 questions are asked from English Proficiency/ Verbal Ability, 40 questions are from General Awareness and 30 questions are from Maths and Logical Reasoning.
Verbal Ability as a section in any examination such as TISSNET intends to test students’ skills and proficiency in English. The questions come from various topics of the subject. It does not have a definite and specific TISSNET Syllabus like Maths and Logical Reasoning or General Awareness. Questions frequently asked in the section are from the following topics.
