The Railway Recruitment Board has invited the Indian national applicants to fill-up 513 vacancies. The desirous and eligible applicants are required to compete for the post of Junior Engineer (JE), DMS and CMA in the Jammu-Srinagar zone.

The salary information for RRB is as follows:
For Junior Engineer(JE), Junior Engineer (Information Technology) [JE(IT)], Depot Material Superintendent (DMS) & Chemical and Metallurgical Assistant (CMA). The salary pay is of level 06 (RSRP 7th CPC Pay) with initial pay of Rs. 35400/-.

The applicants are requested to check the age criteria before applying for the job. The age of applicants shouldn’t exceed 33 years as on 1st January 2020.
The Railway Recruitment Board provides age relaxation for the reserved category. For SC/ST candidates 05 years, for PWD candidates 10 years and for OBC candidates 03 years of age relaxation is provided.
The aspiring candidates are required to check their educational qualifications before applying for this examination. The educational qualification is as follows:
Junior Engineer: Diploma/Degree in Engineering in the relevant field.
Junior Engineer (Information Technology): B.Sc/ PGDCA (computer science)/ B.tech/ BCA/ DOEACC ‘B’ Level Course of 3 years or equivalent from a recognized university.
Depot Material Superintendent: Diploma/ Degree in Engineering from a relevant discipline.
Chemical and Metallurgical Assistant: Bachelors’ Degree in Physics and Chemistry with a minimum of 45% marks.
