CIL MT Salary Increment and Career Growth

All the selected have to undergo training, During the training period, the salary is payable to the candidate in the pay scale of Rs. 50,000 – 1,60,000/-. That means the initial salary is given to the candidates is Rs.50,000/- month (E2 Grade).

After the successful completion of 1 Year of training, the test will be conducted. Those who passed their jobs will be regularized and promoted to the next grade in the pay scale of Rs.60,000/- to Rs.1,80,000/month at the initial basic of Rs.60,000 / month with a probation of 1 year.

• First, the candidates will join in Coal India Fields as Management Trainee. After going for a year period of training as Management Trainee (MT), Candidates are promoted to the Assistant Manager.
