Candidates who are selected in CIL Management Trainee will get a salary in hand of INR 50,500/-. During the Training Period, the CTC is 8 lakhs per annum and After training the CTC is 11 lakhs per annum.

All the selected have to undergo training, During the training period, the salary is payable to the candidate in the pay scale of Rs. 50,000 – 1,60,000/-. That means the initial salary is given to the candidates is Rs.50,000/- month (E2 Grade).
After the successful completion of 1 Year of training, the test will be conducted. Those who passed their jobs will be regularized and promoted to the next grade in the pay scale of Rs.60,000/- to Rs.1,80,000/month at the initial basic of Rs.60,000 / month with a probation of 1 year.
The candidates have to serve the company for a period of 60 months from the date of Joining and also should execute the service agreement bond of 3 lakhs for the same at the time joining.
