Age Limit to apply for Army Public School Recruitment
The Age Limit to apply for the examination has been segregated into 2: Fresh & Experienced 1) Fresh Candidates ( Less than 5 years of experience): The Age of the applicant should be below 40 years (In the case of Delhi schools for the post of TGT/PRT the age should be less than 29 yrs & for the post of PGT less than 36 years.
2) Experience Candidates ( More than 5 Years of experience in the Past 10 Years): The age of the applicant should be below 57 years (In the case of Delhi APS it should be below 40 Yrs)

Step 3: You will be directed to the application form as displayed in the image below.
Step 4: Fill all details asked in the APS Online Form.
Step 5: Proceed to pay the Application Fee.

The Examination fee for APS Teachers Exam is Rs 500/- for all candidates. This examination fee is non-refundable. Candidates can pay the application fee via Debit/Credit Card or Internet Banking.

For TGT papers of Science & Social Science subjects, there will be a portion of questions pertaining to parallel subjects. For Eg, the TGT Physics paper will have 20% questions of Chemistry and Biology. Similarly TGT History paper will have 20% questions of Geography and Pol. Science and so on. |

The interviews may or may not be held at the location of the local school. The local management holds the right to conduct an interview at a place of their choosing. Only candidates who have the scorecard from the online screening test will be called for the interview.
To recruit for Language teachers, the written test will comprise of Essay & Comprehension of 15 marks each. Along with the written test, there will be an evaluation of teaching skills. Selection Committee may also hold Computer proficiency tests if they feel it is essential.
