• Class 10 mark sheet
• Class 12 mark sheet
• Graduation mark sheet

• Category certificate (if applicable)
• Scanned digital photograph of the size between 20kb and 50kb

XAT Registration 2025: Payment of XAT Exam Registration Fees

• The XAT exam registration date is 15th July 2024.
• XAT registration fees: INR 2200/-
• XAT Form Fees for application to XLRI Programmes: INR 200/- per Program
• Indian Candidates can also apply for PGDM(GM) through GMAT/GRE, whereas NRI/Foreign nationals can apply for all programmes through GMAT. It should be noted that GRE Scores are valid only for PGDM(GM).
• Registration Fees for Indian Candidates applying for PGDM(GM) through GMAT/GRE – INR 2500/-
• Registration Fees for NRI/Foreign candidates applying for one or more programmes through GMAT- INR 5000/-

Note: Candidates wishing to apply for XLRI programs must pay an additional fee of INR 200/-. Read all the details before filling out the XAT online registration form 2025.

XAT Registration 2025: Instructions for Photograph

The instructions for the XAT Exam Registration for 2025 have been listed below:

• The photograph must be a recent passport-size colour picture.
• If the picture is taken on a sunny day, have the sun behind you, or place yourself in the shade so that you are not squinting and there are no harsh shadows.
• Look straight at the camera with a relaxed face.
• If you must use flash, ensure there's no "red-eye".
• If you wear glasses, ensure no reflections and your eyes can be seen.
• Caps, hats, and dark glasses are not acceptable. Religious headwear is allowed, but it must not cover the face.
• Ensure that the scanned image size is between 20 KB and 50 KB. If the file size is more than 50KB, adjust the scanner settings, such as the DPI resolution, number of colours, etc., during the scanning process.

Procedure for Uploading the Photograph:

• Set the scanner resolution to a minimum of 200 dpi (dots per inch).
• Set Colour to True Colour.
• File Size as specified above.
• Crop the image in the scanner to the edge of the photograph/signature, then use the upload editor to crop the image to the final size (as specified above).

XAT Registration 2025: Instructions for Signature Image

The instructions for the XAT 2025 Registration have been listed below:

• The applicant has to sign on white paper with a Black Ink pen.
• The signature must be signed only by the applicant and not by anyone else.
• The signature will be put on the admit card wherever necessary.
• The Applicant’s signature obtained on the admit card and attendance sheet at the time of the examination should match the uploaded signature. In case of a mismatch, the candidate may be disqualified.
• Ensure that the scanned image size should be between 20KB – 50KB.

Procedure for Uploading the Signature:

• There will be two separate links for uploading a Photograph and Signature.
• Click on the respective link "Upload Photograph / Signature".
• Browse & Select the location where the Scanned Photo/ Signature file has been saved.
• Please select the file by clicking on it.
• Click on the "Upload" button.

XAT Registration 2025: Payment Methods 

The Registration Fees can be paid using 

• Debit Cards (RuPay / Visa / Master Card / Maestro)
• Credit Cards
• Internet Banking
• IMPS

Key Points to Note: While Paying for the XAT Exam Registration Fees 

• After submitting your registration fee payment information, please wait for the server to inform you. 
• Refrain from pressing the back or refresh button to avoid double payment of Registration Fees.
• An e-receipt will be generated upon successful completion of the transaction. The non-generation of an e-receipt indicates PAYMENT FAILURE.
•  If payment fails, Candidates are advised to log in again using their registered Email ID and Password and repeat the process of paying the XAT exam registration fees.
• Candidates must print out the e-receipt and online Form. Please note that online transactions may not have been successful if the same cannot be generated.
• For Card charges are listed in Indian Rupee. If you use a non-Indian credit card, your bank will convert it to your local currency based on prevailing exchange rates.

Here are some key points to consider while filling out the XAT registration form 2025:

1	Candidates should take extra care when filling out the Registration Form, as they cannot change or edit it once it is submitted.
2	If important details like Name/Parent’s Name are misspelt, candidates might not be able to appear for the exam as their verification at the entrance would fail.
3	Candidates who cannot complete the XAT Exam Registration Form in one go can save the data already entered by choosing “SAVE and Next”.
4	Candidates are advised to fill out the XAT Form themselves, as no changes will be possible or entertained after clicking the FINAL SUBMIT BUTTON.
5	The Candidate/Parent’s Name should be spelt correctly as it appears in the certificates/Mark Sheets/Identity Proof. Any change/alteration found may disqualify the candidate.
6	Candidates need to scan and upload a Photo & Signature per the specifications.
7	Candidates must complete the XAT Online Registration Form’s Academic & Work Experience Details.
8	Candidates should click the Preview tab before clicking the final submit button to preview and verify the Registration Form.
9	Modify details, if required, and submit only after ensuring that all the details and documents in the Registration Form are correct. “Applicant Details can not be changed once the form is submitted after XAT Application Fees payment.”
10	Select the XLRI programme based on preference if the candidate wishes to study in XLRI.
11	Select XAT Test City preference.
