How To Download the XAT Admit Card 2025?

The XAT 2025 admit card is the most important document on exam day.  XAT exam admit card contains the candidate's name, roll number, photo, reporting time, and exam centre. 

The admit card for XAT exam also contains details about the reporting time and exam centre. 

The candidates appearing for the XAT 2025 need to bring two coloured printouts of the XLRI XAT admit card.  The admit card for xat exam can be downloaded using the below steps:

• STEP 1: Visit the official website of XAT (xatonline.in)
• STEP 2: Click on the download "Admit Card" tab.
• STEP 3: Log in using the XAT User ID created during registration and your date of Birth, then click on ‘login.’
• STEP 4: "Update your Password" as directed.
• STEP 5: The option to download the XAT 2025 admit card will appear on the screen
• STEP 6: Click on download and save the admit card for the XAT exam in PDF format.

XAT Admit Card 2025 – Errors to Check

Once the candidates download the XAT 2025 admit card, they should check whether all the details mentioned on the XAT exam admit card are correct as per the details they provided. If the details are not correct, they should contact the responsible authorities as soon as possible.

Check whether the following details are correct or not:

• The candidate's name should not be incomplete or misspelt.
• The candidate's date of birth should not be incorrect.

The XAT exam 2025 is going to be held in various cities in India in online mode. The official website of the XAT exam has released some guidelines that every candidate needs to follow without fail.

Here are the key XAT exam day instructions:

• If the XLRI XAT admit card contains an error, candidates are advised to bring this issue to the attention of the exam-conducting body.
• No request for change in the XAT examination centre will be entertained
• Admit card for the XAT exam is valid for a specific period
• After the closure of the entrance gate, no candidates will be allowed to enter
• The candidature for the XAT exam is completely provisional. The candidature is liable to be cancelled at any stage of the exam if the candidate's eligibility criteria are not fulfilled the candidates.
• Use of any electronic device, such as a calculator, mobile phone, smartwatch, etc., is strictly prohibited inside the exam lab.
• Candidates must carry their sanitiser bottle (50 ml), mask and gloves.
• Candidates should carry a recent passport-size photograph if there is any discrepancy in the photograph.
• Candidates must undergo the frisking process before entering the XAT exam hall. No storage facility will be provided to candidates; hence, if any objectionable item is found, candidates will be asked to leave it outside the XAT exam premises.
• Before 10 minutes of the examination, candidates will be allowed to log into the allotted computer system.
• Candidates will be given a rough sheet and pen in the examination hall.
• After completing the XAT entrance test, candidates must submit the rough sheet to the exam invigilator.
• The reference number on the admit card for the XAT exam is meant for seating arrangement only.

If you lose your XAT exam admit card, don't worry. You can download another copy from your XAT account. Just log in with your application number and password to get it again. Save it in a folder or email so you can print it anytime. 

The download link is available until the exam day, so ensure you have a copy saved. After the exam, you won’t be able to download it again. Therefore, save the PDF of your XAT 2025 admit card in a folder or email for future use.
