Eligibility for St. Xaviers College Entrance Test 2025
To be eligible, the candidate should have cleared the Qualifying 12th Examination with at least 40 percent aggregate marks.
Candidate’s date of birth must fall on or after 1st June 2003.
Only the following document will be accepted as proof of date of birth: School Leaving Certificate, Board / Pre-University Certificate, / Birth Certificate issued by a Competent Authority.
For Christian minority candidates, the Baptism Certificate or equivalent is a mandatory document.
Educational Qualification for St. Xaviers College Entrance Test 2025
The final Examination of the 10 + 2 system is conducted by any recognised Central / State Board, Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, Mumbai, Pune, or any other State Boards, Central Board of Secondary Education, (C.B.S.E.) New Delhi, Council for the Indian School Certification Examination and (I.S.C.) New Delhi.
Intermediate or 2-Year Pre-University Examination conducted by authorities.
High School Certificate Examination of the Cambridge University or International Baccalaureate Diploma of the International Baccalaureate Office, Geneva
Senior Secondary School Examination conducted by the National Institute of Open Schooling with a minimum of 5 subjects
Diploma in any Engineering branch with two or three- or four-year duration after passing the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examination conducted by the Board of Technical Education, Maharashtra State or equivalent examination.
If a candidate has passed the Qualifying Examination from a Board or Pre-University other than the Maharashtra State Board, they need to apply for a Provisional Eligibility Certificate issued by the University of Mumbai through the College during admission.
The St. Savier's application form, along with an attested copy of the Class XII mark sheet and prescribed fees, should be submitted to the college office when admission is offered.

Candidates can apply online by logging on to the Homepage of St. Xavier’s College (Autonomous). Click on the link provided to fill out the online Application Form. The online application portal will be open at the officially announced date and time.
Candidates are required to make an online payment through the provided payment portal only.
NOTE: Filling out the St Xaviers College, Mumbai application form and the Payment for the XET Exam 2025 will be only through the online portal of St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai.

How to apply for St. Xaviers College Entrance Test 2025?

Follow the instructions for filling out the online Application Form.
The fee payment step is in the middle of the application form; once payment has been officially received, the candidate will receive a confirmation email informing him/her about the same. You are required to take a printout of the form once completed.
If you want to resume filling/editing details in your form post payment and/or upon completion of the form, click on the link given on the website, and you can access your form either by your form no./mobile no. in either case, you will receive an OTP, and on entering the same, you can proceed.
Please note that you have to enter all subjects and the corresponding marks in the online application form. The best of 4 or 5 subjects will not be accepted.
Last date for receipt of the Application Form is June 2025 (tentatively). Any application received after this date will not be accepted.

St. Xaviers College Entrance Test 2025 Admit Card
St. Xavier's Entrance exam admit card details are as follows -
Candidates will be able to download the admit card from the application portal after logging into their account. The same will be available from May (tentative) onwards or after the applications close.
For Students who have appeared in 2025, you will need to log in and enter the marks obtained in the qualifying exam and upload the mark sheet on the declaration of your result. Failure to do so will result in the non-availability of the Admit card for XET 2025.
The Admit Card will have Instructions printed on it for the benefit of the candidates. The Admit Card has to be self-attested and retained by the candidate. Please make sure you carry your admit card on the day of XET 2025 to the designated Centre.
