NCHMCT JEE Exam Eligibility Criteria 2025

Before applying for the exam, you must check whether you meet the criteria set by the exam conducting body. 

The eligibility criteria of the NCHM JEE exam also include parameters for physical fitness that you must meet.

1. Educational Qualification

• Must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with English as a subject from a recognized board.
• Candidates appearing for 10+2 in 2025 can apply provisionally but must submit proof of passing by September 30, 2025.
• Admission is subject to document verification, including category and PwD certificates (if applicable). If found ineligible later, admission will be cancelled.

2. Equivalent Examinations (10+2 Level)

• 10+2 pattern of Senior Secondary Education from CBSE, CISCE, or State Boards.
• Intermediate or two-year Pre-University Examination from a recognized board/university.
• GCE Examination (London/Cambridge/Sri Lanka) at the Advanced (A) level.
• High School Certificate Examination of Cambridge University.
• Public School/Board/University Examination in India or abroad recognized by COBSE/AIU as equivalent to 10+2.
• Senior Secondary School Examination by NIOS or State Open Schooling Board, with English as a subject.
• H.S.C. Vocational Examination approved by NCVT and SCVT.

3. Age Limit

• There is no age restriction as per the New Education Policy.

4. Physical Fitness

• All qualified candidates must submit a physical fitness certificate from a Registered Medical Practitioner at admission.

NCHMCT JEE 2025 Exam Application Process

1. Application Mode

• Candidates must apply online only through NTA's official website.
• Multiple applications are not allowed; only one application per candidate will be accepted.
• Category or sub-category (PwD status) cannot be changed after submission.

2. Documents & Details Required Before Applying

• Computer with Internet access
• Valid Government ID proof
• Date of Birth (as per Class X certificate)
• Educational details
• Scanned photograph (JPG, 10kb–200kb, 80% face visible, white background)
• Scanned signature (JPG, 4kb–30kb)
• City preference for the exam
• Bank details for fee payment
• Valid email ID and mobile number

3. Application Guidelines

• Read the Information Bulletin and Replica of the Application Form before applying.
• Ensure all details are correct to avoid issues later.
• Keep a printout of the confirmation page after submission.

4. Steps to Apply Online

Step 1: Register with email ID and mobile number; note the system-generated Application Number.

Step 2: Upload scanned images:

• Photograph (JPG, 10kb-200kb)
• Signature (JPG, 4kb-30kb)
• PwD certificate (PDF, 50kb-300kb, if applicable)
• Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS, PDF, 50kb-300kb, if applicable)

Step 3: Pay the application fee through a Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Wallet.

• After Step 3, download the confirmation page for future reference.
• Contact the bank/payment gateway for resolution if the confirmation page is not generated.
• Duplicate payments, if any, will be refunded after reconciliation.

5. Important Notes

• Incomplete applications (without fee payment) will be rejected.
• No refund of application fees under any circumstances.
• The entire process is online; no documents must be sent by post/email.
• Regularly check NTA's website and email for updates.
• NTA does not verify eligibility at the application stage; the admitting institution does verification.
• Candidates are responsible for correct information in the application form; NTA will not entertain corrections later.
