What is MAT Exam?

  • The Management Aptitude Test (MAT) is a national-level entrance exam conducted by the All-India Management Association (AIMA) for admission to MBA and allied programs.

Admit Card Download

All provisionally registered candidates for IBT/PBT/CBT have to download their Admit Card from MAT website https://mat.aima.in/ (Applicant dashboard) as per the schedule given above. Admit Card contains Candidate's Name, Form No, Roll No, Test Date, Test Time and Test Venue Address. Candidate has to strictly follow the date and time allotted to him/her in the admit card.

How do you fill out MAT Application Form? 

  1. Visit the Official Website: Go to the official AIMA MAT website.
  2. Create a New Candidate Login:
    • Click on the ‘Register’ link.
    • Provide your basic details like name, email ID, and date of birth to create a login.
    • A confirmation message will be sent to your email.
  3. Fill in the Registration Details:
    • Log in with your new credentials.
    • Fill in personal details, educational qualifications, and contact information.
  4. Upload Required Documents:
    • Prepare scanned images of your photograph and signature.
    • Upload these documents as per the specified format and size.
  5. Choose the Test Mode and Test City:
    • Select your preferred mode of the test (PBT, CBT, or IBT) and the city for the examination.
  6. Pay the Application Fee:
    • The fee can be paid online via credit/debit card or net banking.
    • Ensure you have the correct amount as per your category.
  7. Submit the Application Form:
    • Review all the details entered.
    • Submit the form and take a printout for future reference.

Documents Required for MAT Registration 

You'll need to submit the following documents for MAT exam eligibility: 

  1. Valid Email ID: The email should remain valid for at least 1 year.
  2. Scanned Photograph and Signature:
    • Image of scanned photograph in jpg/jpeg format. File size should not be less than 10 KB and more than 50KB.
    • Image of scanned signature in jpg/jpeg format.
  3. Educational Documents:
    • Graduation mark sheet.
    • Class XII mark sheet.
    • Class X mark sheet.
  4. Debit/credit card for application fee payment.

Payment of MAT Application Fee 

To be eligible for the MAT exam eligibility, candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Payment can be made using debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), credit cards, Internet banking, IMPS, cash cards, and mobile wallets.
