IRMA Anand Eligibility Criteria 2025

To be eligible for the PGDRM program, students must have:

• A graduate degree in any discipline from a state or centrally recognized university
• A minimum aggregate score of 50%, or equivalent CGPA (45% for SC/ST/DAP)
• Students in their final year can apply, but must submit proof of passing by September 2025
• A minimum score of 85 percentile in CAT 2024, XAT 2025, or CMAT 2025 to be shortlisted for Merit-based Calls
• A minimum score of 80 percentile in CAT 2024, XAT 2025, or CMAT 2025 and fulfill the Profile-based Call criteria

Eligibility Criteria for Foreign Students:

• A Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognised university with a minimum aggregate of 50% or equivalent.
• A GMAT/GRE score (from 2016 onwards) that meets the minimum IRMA Anand CAT cut off criteria set by IRMA.

Eligibility Criteria for Sponsored Candidates:

• A Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university/institution is required.
• As of July 1, 2025, the applicant must have been employed full-time for a minimum of two years with the sponsoring organization.
• The sponsoring organization must agree to provide the student with uninterrupted leave for the duration of the program at IRMA, if selected.
• The sponsoring organization is responsible for arranging the payment of all fees and other dues to IRMA on behalf of the applicant.
• For those returning to complete the second year of the program and obtain a PGDRM within three years, continued employment with the same sponsoring organization is mandatory.
• Additionally, a "No Objection Certificate (NOC)" from the organization is required.
• There is no age restriction for applicants.

IRMASAT 2025 Selection Process

The IRMASAT 2025 selection process has two steps:

Written Ability Test (WAT)

Shortlisted candidates will take a paper-based WAT. They will be given a topic on the spot to write about in 200-300 words within 30 minutes. This test assesses their written communication, creative and analytical thinking, personal expression, and overall suitability for the program, with a focus on rural aptitude.

Personal Interview (PI)

This offline interview gauges students' knowledge and understanding of rural Indian issues and their aptitude for management roles in cooperatives, NGOs, and development organisations. It also assesses communication skills, aptitude for rural management, and overall program suitability. Students can choose two preferred cities for the interview from the 13 options provided during the application process.

Documents Required While Filling IRMASAT 2025 Application Form

The following list of documents will be required for filling the IRMASAT application form 2025:

To apply, please ensure you have the following documents ready for submission:

1. Photograph and Signature: A scanned or digital copy of your photograph and signature. Please note that the maximum file size allowed is 512 KB.

2. Category Certificate (if applicable): A scanned copy of your latest OBC (Non-creamy layer), SC, ST, or DAP category certificate, if you belong to any of these categories. The maximum file size allowed is 1 MB.

3. Academic Documents: Scanned copies of your mark sheets from Class 10, Class 12, and Graduation. Additionally, please upload your graduation certificate and any relevant certificates related to sports, extracurricular activities, or work experience. The maximum file size allowed for each document is 1 MB.

4. Entrance Exam Score: A valid score from either CAT 2024, XAT 2025, or CMAT 2025.

5. Sponsorship Certificate (if applicable): If you are a sponsored applicant, please upload a sponsorship certificate in the format specified on the IRMA website.
