Banaras Hindu University (BHU) is one of the top educational institutions in the nation, as recognized by the Ministry of Education. The BHU admission through CUET have increased the university's popularity for its 100+ UG courses.
Note: The video is for 2024 but is also valid for the 2025 admission process. If the university initiates any changes, they will be updated here.
BHU has adopted a Combined Allotment Program for Undergraduate courses [CAP (UG) – 2025]. The admission process at BHU through the CUET exam has 6 steps, namely,
Based on the rank obtained by you in the exam, you will be allocated seats in your preferred UG program offered by the university.

Once the CUET results are declared, the BHU CUET registration window is open for around 20 days, during which you must fill in your CUET result score on the BHU admission portal. Soon after, the BHU counselling process will be conducted for 8-9 days.
The list of documents required during the counselling process are:
1. Matriculation Certificate
2. Mark Sheet of 12 or qualifying exam
3. Caste certificate (ST/ SC/ OBC/ EWS) and income certificate (SC/ST) issued by the appropriate authority (if applicable)
4. PwD Certificate (if applicable)
5. BHU Employee certificate (if any)
6. Certificate of admission under sports quota
7. A scanned copy of the recent colour photo
8. A scanned copy of the signature
Once the results are announced, you must fill the registration form to be eligible for further admission. The application fees for the university are as follows:
