How to Download XAT Score Card 2025: Key Guidelines, Formula to Calculate XAT Marks

Overview: Getting your XAT score card with good marks is very important to take admission to your dream MBA institute.  The XAT marks are accepted by XLRI Jamshedpur and more than 160 B schools in India. Read on to know its downloading process!

XAT, or Xavier Aptitude Test 2025, is tentatively scheduled for January 2025. More than 1.3 lakh MBA aspirants take the XAT exam every year.

XLRI Jamshedpur will announce the XAT 2025 result in the third week of January 2025. Candidates can check their results using their XAT login credentials (User ID and Date of Birth) on the official website.

The Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) is a prestigious all-India-level management entrance examination for admission into the Xavier School of Management (XLRI) and other associated institutes. 

XLRI has been conducting the XAT exam for over 74 years to select suitable candidates for management education. The exam is held every January by XLRI on behalf of XLRI Associate Member Institutes (XAMI), and the score is accepted by over 160 institutes for admission.

XAT Score Card 2025: Release Date and Validity

Every year, the XAT MBA exam is conducted in the first week of January. The XAT exam for 2025 will be held on January 5, 2025, and the XAT results will be available on the official website from the last week of January 2025.

You can download your XAT scorecard between January 31 and March 31, 2025. To download your scorecard, you will need to log in with your ID and date of birth. The XAT 2025 scorecard is valid for one year from the day of publishing.

After the release of the XAT result, candidates often face difficulty in downloading their XAT scorecard. To make it easier, here are the simple steps that you can follow to download your XAT 2025 scorecard: 

• Visit the Official Website: Go to xatonline.in or use the direct link provided after the result declaration.

• Enter Login Credentials: Log in using your XAT application number/registered ID and password.
• Click on the “XAT Scorecard” Tab. Once logged in, navigate to the scorecard tab to view your result.
• View Your Result: Your XAT 2025 result will appear on the screen.
• Download and Print: Download the scorecard and take a printout for the selection rounds.

What Details are Mentioned on the XAT Score Card? 

Your XAT 2025 score card mentioned the following details:

• Candidate’s name
• Gender and Date of Birth

XAT Score Card: How To Calculate Your XAT Scores?

There are about 101 MCQ questions and one essay writing question in three different parts: part 1, part 2, and part 3.

Each question carries +1 mark, and each incorrect answer deducts about 0.25 marks. In addition, if you skip more than 8 consecutive questions, you are penalised 0.10 marks.

To calculate your XAT exam score, add your total correct and incorrect answers from all the sections. Then, deduct any negative marking from the overall score to obtain your XAT score.
