NUJS Kolkata admits students through CLAT (Common Law Admission Test), one of India's most competitive law entrance exams. Below is the step-by-step process to avail of admission to WBNUJS:  

  1. CLAT Registration: Candidates should register for CLAT through its official website only, fill out the application form, upload the necessary documents, and pay the application fee.   
  2. CLAT Preparation: Candidates must prepare for the CLAT since it can be among the most challenging and competitive exams.  
  3. CLAT Exam structure: The aptitude of the CLAT candidate is tested in various areas, such as legal reasoning, logical reasoning, English, quantitative techniques, and general knowledge.  
  4. CLAT Examination: Appear for the CLAT as per the schedule.  
  5. CLAT Result: Candidates are shortlisted for CLAT counselling based on the scores obtained in the exam.

  • To secure admission at NUJS Kolkata, candidates must pass 10+2 with a minimum of 45% (40% for reserved categories).
  • There is no upper age limit under this programme.
