NRA CET for 12th Pass

The National Recruitment Agency (NRA) is the exam conducting authority for the first stage of government exams in three different sectors. As per the recent announcement, the NRA CET 2021 is set to begin from September 2021.

  • In order to make the application process easier for non-technical or non-gazetted government jobs (which come under Group B, C, and D), the Union Cabinet of India decided to set up NRA CET.
  • There were multiple prelims exams conducted by the SSC, Railways, and Banking. But, from 2021, there will be only one single preliminary examination for all these three sectors i.e., a common entrance exam.
  • This will result in just one exam for all government jobs. The NRA CET for the 12th pass will be a screening test for shortlisting candidates to the next stages.
  • Currently, there is no notice about the NRA CET Syllabus. Though the pattern is the same for all levels of exam, the syllabus might vary.
