In order to find total number of perfect square factors, we need to find the number of perfect square factors of 37,28 & 173, which when multiplied in combinations will produce all possible perfect square factors.

⇒( 3^0 3^2 3^4 3^6) (2^2 2^2 2^4 2^6 2^8) ×( 17^0 17^2) = 4 × 5 × 2 = 40
