Step 1: Evaluating the CAT Examination scorecard

Step 3: Conducting the Personal Interview (PI) process:
The 10 IIMs (IIM Jammu, IIM Bodhgaya, IIM Kashipur, IIM Nagpur, IIM Raipur, IIM Ranchi, IIM Sambalpur, IIM Sirmaur, IIM Trichy, and IIM Udaipur) together will conduct Personal Interview (PI) through Common Admission Process (CAP 2024 process) to be coordinated this year by IIM Udaipur.

Step 4: As mentioned, in addition to the Common Admission Process, IIM Jammu will conduct an additional Supplementary Admission Process (SAP 2024) for candidates who meet the IIM Jammu PI shortlisting criteria but do not meet the CAP 2024 cutoff criteria.

In the case of female candidates under the general category, the overall cut-off percentile marks for eligibility for the Personal Interview (PI) process is greater or equal to 85 with sectional cut-offs of 75 percentile. However, getting an overall CAT percentile of greater or equal to 85 does not automatically guarantee a call for a Personal Interview (PI) process.

Criteria for Preparing the Merit List of IIM Jammu

In IIM Jammu, the criteria for preparing the merit list will be based on the score obtained after adding the following:

• CAT Score: 0.4 × Absolute CAT Percentile
• Personal Interview (PI): 30 Marks
• Profile: 30 Marks

Weightage of Different Criteria in IIM Jammu

• CAT Score (40% weightage)- Indian Institute of Management, Jammu will use the CAT 2023 score. One candidate can get a maximum of 40 marks
• Personal Interview (PI) (30% weightage)- Jammu IIM will give weightage in Personal Interview (PI) Maximum: 30 marks
