Haryana Staff Selection Commission is about to conduct an examination to recruit for 4858 clerk vacancies. Know the HSSC Clerk Shift Timings 2019 and Exam Schedule set by the Haryana SSC.

• The HSSC Clerk 2019 Exam is being conducted from 21st September to 23rd September 2019.
• Candidates can download their HSSC Clerk Admit Card before the exam commences.
• HSSC Clerk 2019 exam will be conducted in 1 shift on 21st & in 2 shifts on 22nd & 23rd September.

What is the Reporting Time for HSSC Clerk Exam 2019?

The candidates are expected to report at the HSSC Clerk Exam Center well before the Examination time. As many candidates appear for the exam, it is essential to report to the examination hall on time so things process smoothly without hassle. 

• All candidates are expected to report to the exam center 2 hours before the examination time. 
• The Gates to the HSSC Clerk Exam Center will close 1 hour before the paper starts. All candidates are requested to report to the center well before this time.

HSSC Clerk Exam Schedule for 21st September 2019

• The Exam will be conducted in 1 shift in Evening Session on 1st September 2019.
• Examination Time on 21st September: 4:30 p.m to 6 p.m.
• The reporting time at the examination center is 2:30 p.m.
• The Gates will close at 3:30 p.m and no candidate will be allowed inside after this time.

HSSC Clerk Exam Schedule for 22nd & 23rd September 2019

1)The Clerk Exam will be conducted in 2 shifts (Morning & Evening) on both 22nd & 23rd September 

2) HSSC Clerk Shift Timings & Reporting Time for both days has been mentioned in the table below

• The Examination Center Gate for Shift 1 will close at 9:30 am on 22nd & 23rd September.

HSSC Clerk Exam Pattern

Haryana Staff Selection Commission will select candidates on the basis of a written exam and socio-economic criteria & experience. The examination pattern has been mentioned below. 

• Written Exam will be conducted for 90 Marks.
• The Examination will have 90 multiple-choice questions carrying 1 mark each.
• The exam will be conducted for 90 minutes (1 Hour & 30 Minutes).

Haryana SSC has divided the 90 marks into the following:-

 75% weightage is given to the following topics - General Awareness, Reasoning, Maths, Science, Computer, English, Hindi and concerned or relevant subject as applicable.

 25% weightage is given to these topics- History, Current Affairs, Literature, Geography, Civics, Environment, Culture of Haryana.

HSSC Clerk Shift Timings 2019 & Exam Day Instructions

In order to have a hassle-free paper, follow these important instructions specified by the Haryana Staff Selection Commission.

• Be present at the exam center at least 1 hour 30 minutes before the HSSC Clerk Shift Timings.
• The Gates to the exam center will be closed 1 hour before the exam starts.
• Don’t carry any Electronic Gadget inside the premise.
• Cell phones are not allowed inside the exam hall.
• Any Expensive jewellery that you carry inside will be your own responsibility. We recommend you to not expensive jewellery inside the exam hall.
• Don’t forget to carry your Hall Ticket and identification proof to the Exam Center.
