Guidelines to Fill NATA 2023 Application Form

The NATA 2023 application process is a six-step process that includes online registration, filling in the application form, filling up exam center preference, uploading documents, paying the application fee, and taking the printout of the registration form.

Follow the steps given below while filling out the NATA application form 2023 to avoid any mistakes.

Step 1: NATA Registration

The first step in filling out the NATA 2023 Application Form is to register on the official website of NATA.

To complete this action, click on the "New Registration" button at the bottom right corner of the page.

Step 2: Filling Up of Personal Details

At the time of filling up personal details, the system will ask you to enter your E-mail address which shall be used as a user name. You will receive a link to the registered mail ID after the completion of verification.

Then, you have to choose a password as per your interest. Select a security question and answer it. Enter the captcha displayed on the screen and click on the "Login" button.

Re-login to the website using your email Id and password and fill in all personal details like your full name, Parent's name, category, nationality, Aadhar number, etc as mentioned in the image below

Step 3: Filling up of Preferences and Qualification Details

Choose the preference for the Exam Center and mention the Qualification Details.

• You can opt to write first or second or both the tests as per your choice
• Once the choice of the test is considered, you need to choose 3 Exam Centers  depending on the preference of centers; from most preferred in Preference 1 to Least preferred in Preference 3 as shown in the image below

• You can select only one preference if you are planning for Dubai Center.
• Now, enter Academic Qualification details such as Class 10th, pass status, board, year of passing, obtained marks, roll number, institute name and address, educational details about class 12th, etc.

Step 4: Uploading Documents 

After filling in all the details, you need to upload the scanned copy of your signature and photo in the only below specified format.

• Recent Passport size Photograph in color with both ears visible and front view only
• Your own Signature

Step 5: NATA Application Fee Payment

After all the details are filled in the registration form, You are required to pay the application fee. 

Payment through EPG

The system will automatically redirect to the available payment gateway page after you will click on the “Payment of fee using EPG services.

You may select any of the options to pay the application fee through an electronic payment gateway via debit card, credit card, or net banking and follow the online instructions to complete the payment process.

After successful payment, the payment gateway will redirect you to the home page that will show the status of the fee payment.

Upon successful payment, you will be able to print the final "Confirmation Page".

The NATA application fee 2022, will vary for each category. Check out the table below to know the application fee as per your category.

Step 6: Take a Printout of Confirmation Page

The Confirmation Page is generated upon successful payment of the application fee. You should take a printout and preserve the confirmation page for future reference.

There is no need to send any document to the Council by post. A printout of the Confirmation page will not provide admittance to the Test Centre to take the examination.
