• Bachelor of Legal Sciences and Bachelor of Legislative Law (B.L.S. LL.B.): This is an integrated 10-semester law course at GLC Mumbai. Admissions are open to those candidates who have cleared the 12th standard exam across any Board in India. The 1-4th semester is a pre-law course person. The students are awarded the B.L.S Degree post-completion of 3 years and LL.B degree post-completion of 5 years.  
• Bachelor of Legislative Law (LL.B.): To secure admission at GLC Mumbai under this programme, candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree from any faculty of the University of Mumbai or an equivalent degree from any other University. It is a six-semester full-time programme.  
• Post Graduate Diploma in Securities Law: The GLC, Mumbai, offers a one-year postgraduate diploma in securities law, one of India's firsts.  The eligibility is to have a degree from any faculty of MU or an equivalent degree from any recognized university and possess basic knowledge of laws in the corporate domain. 
• Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights: IPR today is one of the critical domains under law. The candidates must possess a bachelor's degree from any recognized university. This course helps aspiring lawyers, engineers, and doctors, especially concerning copyrights and patents.  
• Diploma in Cyber Law: Information Technology is a must-have knowledge for law students, and it helps them keep track of the latest developments in the field. This course was introduced at Goverment Law College, Mumbai, around 2004-2005.

Academics at GLC Mumbai  

Curriculum Highlights:  

1. B.L.S. LL.B. 

• The 5-year course consists of a 2-year foundation in the liberal arts/sociology, followed by the 3-year curriculum of core legal subjects familiar to the 3-year law course. 
• The BLS. LL.B. program is a 10-semester full-time course open to students right out of high school who are class XII from a recognized education board. The first two years (four semesters) constitute a 'pre-law' course where the student is taught social science subjects like economics, political science, history, English and legal language, logic, etc. 
• Core law subjects, like contracts, family law, labour laws, etc., will be taught in the next three years. 
• In their 8th and 10th semester, the students can choose some subjects and some compulsory subjects. A total of 4 practical training papers are compulsory for all the students. 
• The BLS, or Bachelor of Legal Sciences, the degree is awarded to students by the University of Mumbai after successfully completing the third year, and the LLB degree is awarded after five years. 

2. LL.B  

• 1st semester: Labour Law, Law of Contracts, Tport Law, Legal Language & Professional Ethics. 
• 2nd semester: Law of Crimes, Constitutional Law, Family Law, Environmental Law and Practical training.
