BITS Law School Mumbai was founded in 2023. It is an institution of excellence, particularly under the aegis of BITS Pilani, categorized as an Institution of Eminence. 

Founded with the vision of inspiring new-age, multidisciplinary legal education and research in India, BITS Law School Mumbai is adopting innovative programs to prepare students for such changing landscapes within legal education.

BITS Law School Mumbai offers two five-year integrated programs whose fee structure for the academic year is as follows:

• Tuition Fee for Year 1: INR 7,37,100
• Residential Fee for Year 1: INR 3,27,600
• Total Cost for Year 1: INR 10,64,700

The Residential Fee would cover accommodations, food, recreational sports facilities, and laundry service.

It's worth noting that the fee shall be subject to an annual increment of up to 8% in the succeeding years.
