The Preliminary Examination includes questions from General Knowledge, Current Affairs, Elementary General Science, Constitutional and Administrative Law of India, Hindu Law & Muhammadan Law, Law of Evidence and Procedure, etc.
The main examination includes five compulsory papers: General Knowledge and Current Affairs, General Hindi, General English, Elementary General Science, and Law of Evidence and Procedure.
Whereas you must choose three optional papers out of five law subjects.
The Bihar Judiciary Prelims Exam is an objective examination comprising two papers: Paper 1: General Knowledge & Paper 2: Law. General knowledge is conducted for 100 marks, and law paper is conducted for 150 marks.
