To apply for 32nd Bihar Judicial Services Recruitment 2023, you need to fulfil the below age requirements:

  • The minimum age limit of the candidates should be more than 22 years as of 01.08.2022.
  • The maximum age limit should be less than 35 years as on 01.08.2019
  • However, the age relaxation norms apply to the reserved category.

The BPSC Bihar Judiciary 2023 age relaxation differs depending on the category:

Bihar Judiciary Educational Qualification 2023

To apply for 155 Bihar Judiciary Vacancies, the required eligibility criteria are mentioned below:

  • You must hold a degree in Law from a University/Institute recognized by the Bar Council of India. 
  • In respect of degrees issued by various colleges/institutes/universities for educational qualification, you will be required to give a certificate signed by the head of the college / Principal of the college/institute, or the competent authority of the university, that the said college/institute/university in the prevalent teaching session Is accredited with the Bar Council of India, New Delhi. 
  • The application form will be rejected in the absence of the above-said certificate.
  • You must have good character to be eligible for the Civil Judge post.

As per the notification, you must be a citizen of India to be eligible for the 32nd Bihar Judicial Services Recruitment.

Bihar Judiciary Qualifying Marks

As per the Bihar Judiciary Eligibility Criteria, you need to score the minimum marks in the qualifying examination as mentioned below. 

  • For the Preliminary Examination, the minimum qualifying marks will be 45% for the unreserved category candidates and 40% for the reserved category candidates.
  • For the Mains Examination, the qualifying marks for the reserved category, including women and partially disabled, will be 5% less for each principal subject from general category candidates.
