  • National Law University Delhi released the official AILET PG 2025 exam notification on August 1, 2024.
  • The notification will includes the exam schedule, registration dates, eligibility criteria, etc.

AILET PG Exam 2025 Eligibility

Here are the prerequisites that make you eligible for AILET LLM 2025: 

• There is no upper age limit to appear for AILET 2025 exam.
• Everyone, except foreign students, must take the All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) to get selected.
• Foreign students and OCI/PIO need to apply online using the same website.
• To get into the LLM course, you need to:
  • Have an LLB or similar degree from a known university.
  • Score at least 55% in total (50% in case of SC/ST/ Persons with Disabilities).
• If you're waiting for your final marks, you can still apply and take the entrance exam. But, you must get the required marks by a certain date, which will be told when the exam results come out.
• OCI/PIO students can apply as either foreign students or as Indian students.
• If OCI/PIO students apply as Indian students, they need to take the AILET exam like everyone else.

Note:

• Definition of Foreign Nationals: The candidates who possess citizenship of a country other than India and hold a valid passport.
• Definition of Overseas Citizen of India (OCI)/ Person of Indian Origin (PIO): As notified by the Govt. of India.

How many seats are available for AILET PG 2025 program?

Total AILET PG Seats: 70+10 (70 seats on AILET merit; 5 seats each for Foreign Nationals and OCI/PIO for direct admission on merit). Foreign Nationals/OCI/PIO are exempted from AILET.

Additional Supernumerary Seats: One seat for Kashmiri Migrants

AILET PG Exam 2025 Application Process

The online application process is a four-step process-

• Initial registration
• Submit your details
• Upload documents
• Application Fee

Here are a few things to avoid doing while filling out an application form: 

• Do not rush while filling out the application form for such an important exam! Pay close attention to all the instructions given.
• Keep your mark sheets, the percentage calculated, and handy. On verification, your application will be rejected if your documents or scores entered are incorrect.

Your AILET PG Admit Card is an entry pass to the exam centre, holding all necessary candidate, exam, and centre details. Here is how to generate it:

How to Download the AILET PG 2025 Admit Card

1. Visit the official website of National Law University, Delhi.
2. Look for the AILET 2025 Admit Card link on the homepage and click on it.
3. You will be redirected to the login page.
4. Enter your login credentials - application number and date of birth/password.
5. Click on the 'Submit' button.
6. Your AILET PG 2025 Admit Card will be displayed on the screen.

8. Download and print at least two copies of the admit card for future reference.
