AILET 2025 Provisional Answer Answer Key is Out now.

The National Law University, Delhi (NLU Delhi), has released a crucial notification regarding objections to the Master Question Booklets and the Provisional Master Answer Keys for the All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) 2025. The examination, held on Sunday, December 8, 2024, serves as the gateway for admission into various law programs, including B.A.LL.B.(Hons.), LL.M./LL.M.-(IPR), M.A. in IP Law and Management, and Ph.D. programs at the university.

Objection Submission Timeline and Procedure

Candidates who appeared for the AILET 2025 are invited to submit objections to the Provisional Answer Keys via the official portal (https://nationallawuniversitydelhi.in). The window for submitting objections opens on Sunday, December 8, 2024, at 8:00 PM and will close on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, at 8:00 AM. Submissions beyond this deadline will not be entertained under any circumstances.

To submit objections, candidates must log in to their AILET account on the portal, select the “View Objections” option, and follow the steps to submit their concerns. Objections can be raised against specific questions or answer keys, with each objection requiring a nominal fee of ₹500. Notably, this fee will be refunded if the objection is found valid.

Important Instructions for Candidates

Candidates must ensure that their objections align with the Master Question Booklet. It is essential that the question numbers in their booklets correspond to the numbers in the Master Booklet to avoid invalidation. Since multiple series of question booklets were distributed during the exam, extra caution is advised while cross-verifying the numbers.

Additionally, objections submitted through alternate channels such as email or phone calls will not be accepted. Only online submissions via the designated portal are considered valid.

Refund Policy and Cautionary Notes

If an objection is deemed valid upon review, the ₹500 objection fee will be refunded to the original source of payment. However, objections that do not align with the official guidelines will be considered invalid and dismissed without refund.

This transparent objection process ensures that candidates have a fair opportunity to address discrepancies and uphold the integrity of the examination. Candidates are encouraged to utilize this opportunity responsibly before the deadline.
