  • Parliament's Selection & Appointment Committee promotes officers working in the cadre of Civil Judges (Junior Division).
  • The selected civil judges must submit three judgments in four legible copies to their respective District Judges to be eligible for the promotion. 
  • Each copy of the judgement should be kept in separate covers with slips containing the name, designation and present place of posting of the officer concerned, appropriately affixed on each cover.
