Upon announcement of TISSNET Exam Result and invitation for the rounds of TISSNET PIT/PI, students are expected to appear for the Pre-Interview Rounds which is a written test followed by Personal Interview where students are asked questions about their chosen streams and details mentioned by them in their TISSNET Application Forms. Result of TISSNET PIT/PI are declared soon after the conclusion of the Interview rounds and students who qualify that are invited for the document verification and payment of fees. Students are then finally admitted post their successful document verification stage.
Final Merit List of TISSNET is prepared to take into consideration marks scored by students in all three rounds viz. Online examination, Pre-Interview Tests, Interview Rounds. Separate will be prepared for students from different categories. Based upon the position of students in the Final Merit of TISSNET and vacancies in their subsequent streams, admissions will be done. After successful qualifying of the TISSNET Exam, candidates will be shortlisted for counselling stage. The TISSNET Counselling is conducted after the declaration of the TISS Exam result. Candidates qualifying the exam above the cut off will be eligible for counselling. On the day of counselling, candidates need to carry certain documents for verification that are listed below:
