Overview- The Rajasthan High Court has officially announced the Rajasthan Judicial Service (RJS) Examination 2025, opening 44 vacancies for the position of Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate. Rajasthan Judiciary Vacancy 2025
New Vacancies for the Rajasthan civil judge post for 2025 will be released soon. Last year, the High Court reserved two posts of Rajasthan Civil Judge for Specially Abled Persons with Benchmark Disability under the following categories:
- One post is reserved for persons with blindness and low vision
- One post is reserved for deaf and hard-of-hearing persons
Before proceeding with the Application form for the Rajasthan Judiciary Exam, it is essential to check how many vacancies are released for each category.
As per the Rajasthan Civil Judge Eligibility Criteria, your minimum age should not exceed 21 years, and the maximum age should be 40 years or below when filling out the application form.

Additionally, two positions are reserved for candidates with benchmark disabilities:
- 1 for locomotor disabilities, including cerebral palsy, leprosy cured, dwarfism, acid attack victims, and muscular dystrophy.
- 1 for autism, intellectual disability, specific learning disability, mental illness, and multiple disabilities, including deaf-blindness.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Age Limit: 21 to 40 years as of January 1, 2026. Age relaxations apply as per government norms.
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
- Nationality: Indian citizen.
- Character Certificate: Candidates must possess good character, with no pending cases or criminal records. Three character certificates are required: one from the Dean or Principal of the last attended institution and two from responsible persons not related to the candidate.
Application Process: Interested candidates can apply online through the official Rajasthan High Court website starting from March 1, 2025. Ensure all eligibility criteria are met before applying. The application process includes filling out personal and educational details, uploading necessary documents, and paying the application fee.
Application Fees:
- General/OBC-CL/MBC-CL and applicants from other states: ₹1,500
- OBC-NCL/MBC-NCL/EWS (Rajasthan state): ₹1,250
- SC/ST/Ex-servicemen (Rajasthan state): ₹800
- Persons with Benchmark Disabilities: Exempted from fee
