Having a clear understanding of its provisions and landmark cases is vital.”
The interview round is a crucial part of the RJS selection process. Pushpanendra highlights its significance in evaluating a candidate's personality, confidence, and legal knowledge.
“The interview is not just about your legal knowledge, but also about how well you handle pressure, communicate your ideas, and exhibit confidence in your responses,” Pushpanendra advises.
For his preparation, Pushpanendra focused on regularly revising key case laws, Indian Constitutional Law, and current legal developments. He explains, “I made sure I was up-to-date with all the recent landmark judgments and legal reforms. When questioned about these in the interview, I could confidently cite case laws and provide detailed answers, which helped me make a good impression on the panel.”

Practice Regularly: Incorporate mock tests into your preparation to assess your speed, accuracy, and understanding of different subjects.
