Overview: National Testing Agency has released the CUET Exam Calendar on its official website. Students can check out the CUET 2024 Exam Dates provided in this article.
CUET admissions for the previous academic year have concluded, and by November, the classes for UG courses will start in almost every participating college. The exam was a success, with 9,68,201 candidates appearing for the exam across 249 cities in India and 10-13 cities outside India.
Last year about 90 universities participated in CUET, and it is expected that the number will grow higher next year. Amongst these participating universities, there were central, state, private and deemed universities accepting Central University Entrance test scores for their admission process.

As promised by the NTA Director General, Subodh Kumar Singh, The exam dates have been announced very early this year. NTA has released the Exam Dates for CUET Exam 2024-25 on its website .
As per the official CUET Calender, CUET UG Exam will be conducted between 15th May 2024 and 31st May 2024, and the CUET PG exam will be conducted between 11th March 2024 and 28th March 2024.
UGC Chairman M Jagadesh Kumar stated that the exam will not be limited only to central universities but also to a few prominent private universities. National Testing Agency (NTA) was established by the MoE and is responsible for releasing the exam dates for the next academic year.
The exam is conducted for all domains. Therefore, the examination will most likely be conducted over 10 days in several phases. Last year the exam was conducted for about 2 months, and a few exams were postponed due to technical issues at the exam centres. Top universities like DU, AMU, JNU, JMI and many more colleges are happy with the new admission process in place. These colleges have concluded their final rounds of the counselling process and expressed the ease of the CUET admission process over merit-based admissions followed previously.
The main purpose of the correction window is for students to verify and correct the wrong information entered in the application form. Last year the correction window was open several times since students had difficulty in comprehending the exam pattern, college preferences etc.

According to Vineet Joshi, director-general, NTA, “As the exam is being conducted only once and it is the only route for admission to central universities, the registration as well as the correction windows have was reopened several times last year so that anyone who missed registering or failed to make payment can do so. NTA received many requests from aspirants for this".
