The National Recruitment Agency is conducting an entrance exam to recruit aspirants for the non-gazetted posts in the SSC, RRB, and Banking. Exams Included Under NRA CET 

 The National Recruitment Agency (NRA) will conduct the preliminary exam of Group B and Group C posts conducted by the three government agencies:

  • Staff Selection Commission (SSC)
  • Railway Recruitment Board (RRB), and
  • Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS).

NRA CET Nationality 2021

Candidates appearing for the exam must satisfy the following NRA CET Eligibility Criteria in terms of nationality. 

  • In order to apply for the NRA Common Eligibility Test, the candidate must be a citizen of India
  • The candidate can be a citizen of Nepal/Bhutan,
  • If a candidate is a Tibetan refugee settled in India before January 01, 1962, will also be counted as eligible to appear in the exam.
  • Any candidate who has migrated from any country but permanently residing in India is also eligible to apply for the NRA CET Exam.

NRA CET Age Limit 2021

The National Recruitment Agency will decide the upper age limit and lower age limit for Common Eligibility Test. However, it is expected that there will be no change in the age limit for the individual exams that are conducting by SSC, RRB, and banking

  • As per the NRA CET Requirements, the age limit varies for each exam the candidate wishes to take up. Therefore, candidates must make sure to check the age limit criteria before applying for the exam.
  • The only candidates who will satisfy the age limit can fill the NRA CET application form.

Age Relaxation

As there is no change in the age limit, the age relaxation will also remain the same as provided in the SSC, Railways, and Banking exams. The NRA will release the age relaxation for each category along with the official notification.

NRA CET Educational Qualification 2021

The NRA CET exam will be conducted separately for all three levels as mentioned below:

  • Graduate Level
  • 12th Level Exam
  • 10th Level Exam

Therefore, the educational qualifications for each level will be different. Candidates must check the qualification as per the level they wish to apply for.

NRA CET Graduate Level Eligibility 2021

Candidates applying under the graduate level NRA CET exam will have completely different criteria. They must have a graduation degree from a recognized college or university recognized by the government of India.

NRA CET 12th Pass Eligibility 2021

All candidates should fulfill the qualification based on the level for which they will appear in Common Eligibility Test. Candidates who wish to apply for a 10+2 level of exams must have completed their secondary education from a recognized or affiliated school. 

NRA CET 10th Pass Eligibility 2021

The candidates who wish to apply for the CET exam under the 10th pass category will have different criteria for educational qualification. The basic educational requirement is the 10th pass from a recognized school.

Reservation for EWS and PwD

  • It is expected that there would be a 10% reservation for PwD and EWS candidates as the official notification is not yet released by the authorities.

SSC GD Constable Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification 

Candidates who have to apply for GD Constable (BSF, CRPF, CISF, ITBP, SSF, SSB, NIA, and riflemen) should have passed 10th class or equivalent from the affiliated board.

Age Limit 

Candidates should be between 18 to 23 years to apply for SSC GD Exam. Those who belong to reserved categories will have age relaxation benefit. The age limit will be calculated with reference to 01/08/2019.

Nationality

A candidate must be a citizen of India.

RRB Apprentice Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification 

Candidates willing to apply for the govt exam for 10th pass must-have passed 10th class with a minimum of 50% of marks in aggregate from a recognized board.

Age Limit 

The Candidates age should be between 15 to 24 years to apply for the exam. Those who belong to reserved categories will have age relaxation benefit as per the government norms.

Nationality

A candidate must be a citizen of India.

SSC CHSL Eligibility Criteria

Candidates need to fulfill the below eligibility to apply for the SSC Combined Higher Secondary Level Exam.

Age Limit

The minimum age limit to apply for CHSL is 18 years and the maximum age limit should not exceed 27 years as on 01-01-2021 (i.e. Candidates born not before 02-01-1993 and not later than 01-01-2002) are eligible to apply for the CHSL Exam.

Educational Qualification 

  • For LDC/ JSA, PA/ SA, DEO Posts: The candidates must have passed the 12th Standard or equivalent examination from a recognized Board or University.
  • For the post of DEO (Data Entry Operator): The candidates should be 12th standard pass in science stream with Maths as a subject from a recognized government university. 

SBI PO Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates should be a citizen of India.

Education Qualification

Graduation or Degree holders from a recognized university are eligible to apply for SBI PO Exam.

Age Limit

Age criteria for General candidates should not be less than 21 years and must be below 30 years of age. 

RRB NTPC Eligibility Criteria

Candidates willing to apply for the Common Eligibility Test must satisfy the eligibility of the government exam for graduates.

  • A candidate must be a citizen of India

Age Limit

Candidates willing to apply for the RRB NTPC exam must make sure that their age is between 18-30 years for undergraduate posts and 18-33 years for graduate posts.

Educational Qualification

  • Candidates applying for Undergraduate posts must have the official 12th certificate.
  • A candidate should be a graduate from a university or an educational institute which is easily recognized by the Parliament or State Legislature if they want to apply for Graduate Posts.

NRA CET Recruitment Process 2021

According to the NRA CET Exam Dates, the online registration process will begin from June 2021. All the interested candidates must make sure to fill the online form on or before the last date. There are a total of five stages involved in the National Recruitment Agency CET as  explained below:

Step 1: Fill the NRA CET Application Form

  • Candidates will have to fill the NRA Common Eligibility Test application form in online mode on the official website of the agency.
  • The NRA CET application fee is expected to be nominal and in line with the fee of other SSC/RRB/IBPS recruitment exams.
  • Candidates will be given an option to choose the scheduling the test and selecting the test center of their choice at this stage of the recruitment process.

Step 2: Download Admit Card for Common Eligibility Test 2021

  • On the official website of the exam,  the National Recruitment Agency will release the NRA CET admit cards.
  • Candidates must mandatorily to carry the admit card to the exam center without fail.

Step 3: Appear for Common Eligibility Test 2021

  • Candidates must appear for the NRA CET 2021 Exam in online mode in the respective exam centers.
  • The NRA CET paper will contain MCQs containing four answer choices with one correct option.

Step 4: Declaring of NRA Common Eligibility Test Result 2021

  • As per the schedule, the results for NRA CET Exam will be released by the exam conducting authority.
  • The result is likely to be declared in the form of the merit list. The NRA  CET score of a candidate will be valid for three years.

Step 5: Shortlisting for Next Stage of Recruitment Exams

  • Based on the scores, candidates will be shortlisted for the respective tiers in SSC, RRB, or Banking.
  • Further stages will be conducted by the recruitment boards.
