JEE Main Paper 2 Counselling Process

The counselling process for JEE Main Paper 2 started in June 2025. The students are advised to check the eligibility criteria thoroughly before applying for the seat allotment round.

The first step after the announcement of the ranks is choice filling; the candidate has to choose architecture colleges according to their ranks obtained in JEE main.

After submitting their choice filling form, the next step is to wait for the seat allotment round to begin.

There will be six-seat allotment rounds. In any round your rank comes, you can be admitted to that college by submitting the documents and fees.

And after submitting, you can wait for the next round as you get a chance to shift your seat to a different college based on your rank.

You have to submit some part of the fees for just booking the seat so that the seat is reserved for you and you can wait for the next round. The general category students have to submit around Rs. 35000/-.
