The National Testing Agency conducted the JIPMAT exam on June 6, 2024, for admission to IIM Jammu and IIM Bodh Gaya. The JIPMAT results was announced on July 12, 2024.

 IIM Bodhgaya and IIM Jammu have also announced separate merit lists.

Latest Updates:

• IIM Jammu announced the first merit list for the IPM program through JIPAMT 2024 on July 20, 2024 on its official website https://www.iimj.ac.in/
• IIM Jammu has selected 140 students and kept 372 students on the waitlist as of now.
• IIM Bodhgaya also made the merit list available on its official website, https://iimbg.ac.in/, on July 22, 2024. To access the results, applicants must log in using their application number, email, and date of birth.

Important Dates for JIPMAT Result 2024

The JIPMAT 2024 exam will be conducted in the afternoon shift on June 6, 2024. The exam will be conducted in a Computer-based test mode. The NTA will announce the result approximately 2-3 weeks after the exam.

The result compilation is be based on the Final Answer Keys and JIPMAT cut-off. It has been be announced exclusively through the website https://exams.nta.ac.in/JIPMAT/

• Please note that grievances related to answer key(s) will not be entertained after declaring the result.
• The raw (actual) marks obtained by you will be used to compute the result further.

JIPMAT Score and Admission Process

• As the result are out, the National Testing Agency (NTA) will soon release the JIPMAT results 2024 to IIM Bodh Gaya and IIM Jammu for admission to the IPM course.
• These institutions will then conduct the subsequent admission process for the Integrated Programme in Management.

Merit List Criteria at IIM Jammu for IPM

The merit list is prepared based on the composite score comprising the weightage of the JIPMAT score, and gender diversity, as mentioned in the table below.

Merit List Criteria at IIM Bodh Gaya for IPM

JIPMAT exam result is the only criterion for admission to IIM Bodh Gaya. The JIPMAT exam analysis thus becomes extremely important. Once you know the paper analysis, you may want to know the ratio of marks to be considered for admission, right? 

Marks obtained in the JIPMAT entrance exam would be considered for preparing the final merit list in the following ratio:

Seats and Admission Policy for IIM Jammu & IIM Bodh Gaya 

IIM Bodhgaya has a seat intake of 120, whereas IIM Jammu currently has a seat intake of 140.

In the official notification for the academic session 2024-29, IIM Bodh Gaya has set aside 70% of seats as ‘gender-neutral’. If “an optimal number of girls” across all categories are admitted for these seats, the remaining 30% of seats will also become ‘gender-neutral’.

• However, if this isn’t the case, the remaining 30% of seats will combine ‘gender-neutral’ and ‘supernumerary girls’ seats.
• This move is intended to promote a healthy gender ratio on the campus while maintaining merit as the primary selection consideration.

Result Validity

• The validity of the result is limited to the current admission year (2024-25 academic year) and cannot be carried forward to the next admission session.
• Once the result is announced, the JIPMAT admissions will begin individually for each IIM.

To download your JIPMAT result, follow the instructions mentioned below:

• Visit the official website of NTA JIPMAT, i.e., jipmat.nta.ac.in
• On the Home page, click the “JIPMAT 2024 ScoreCard” tab. 
• You will be redirected to the login page to enter your application number and password/ DOB.
• Click on the “submit” button
• The scorecard will be displayed on the screen
• Download the Result for JIPMAT 2024 and take a printout for future reference.
