Jharkhand Judiciary Vacancy 2024 (Latest)

With the last recruitment concluding in 2018, the Jharkhand Judiciary Vacancy has been quite awaited. This year in 2024 a total of 138 vacancies (basis the Vertical Reservation) have been announced.

  • Out of the total announced vacancies for each category, approximately 5% are reserved for Women.
  • The reserved categories occupy 56% of the total vacancies announced, leaving 44% for the unreserved category.

Jharkhand Judiciary Eligibility 2024

Here is the Eligibility Criteria for Jharkhand Judiciary:

  • LLB degree from a university recognized by the Bar Council of India is mandatory.
  • Enrollment as an Advocate before the last date of form submission.
  • Active and valid registration and application are required.
  • Candidates with suspended registrations are ineligible for the exam.
  • Indian citizenship is a prerequisite.
  • Candidates must demonstrate good moral character with no criminal records.
  • The minimum age requirement is 22 years, and the maximum is 35 years as of the date specified in the high court notice.
  • Female candidates, Scheduled Tribes, and Scheduled Castes may be eligible for a 3-year age extension.

Jharkhand Judiciary Form & Application Fee 2024

This is an online process as done for other Judiciary Exams. It has been concluded for the current session. 

Here are a few important instructions and details as recommended by the JPSC to be considered while filling the Jharkhand Judiciary Application Form:

  • Ensure that your email ID and Phone Number used during registration are valid until one year from the date of registration.
  • Keep the scanned copy of your photograph, signature and other certificates required to complete the application process uploaded on your system.
  • Read everything that you enter multiple times to ensure submission of error-free form.
  • After completing your registration, entering your educational details, uploading your photo, signature, thumb impression & other certificates, you must re-login on a working day after 12 noon to complete the payment process & final submission.
  • The application fee applicable for the registration is INR 600 for General category while all reserved category applicants have to pay INR 150.

Jharkhand Judiciary Admit Card 2024

You get the admit card or call letter for every stage in the recruitment cycle once you clear the previous stage of the examination. The Prelims Admit card will visible on your login portal one week before the exam date.

Print the downloaded copy of the call letter and carry it to the exam center. Note that any discrepancy in the admit card will not be catered at the center and can lead to debarration.
