IIM Indore IPMAT Eligibility Criteria 2025 (Domestic & International Applicants)
Age:
General Category: Must be born on or after August 1, 2005.
SC/ST/PwD Category: Must be born on or after August 1, 2000.
Qualifying Exam: Must have passed Standard XII/HSC or equivalent examination in 2023, 2024, or appearing in 2025.
Standard X/SSC or Equivalent: Must have passed Standard X/SSC.
Valid SAT Score: Minimum score of 1300 out of 1600 in SAT (SAT score obtained from November, 2023, to May, 2025, will only be considered as valid score) [Only applicable to international candidates]

The IPMAT selection process for IIM Indore differs for domestic and international applicants. We will discuss each below:

The selection process for IPMAT 2025 (Domestic Applicants) involves five stages, as explained below:
Note that the final scores will be calculated based on an aptitude test and Personal Interview (PI).
Step 1: Registration
You must keep a scanned copy of the documents that will be required when filling out the form.
The entire application process is done online only.
The application fee is Rs. 4130 for the general category and Rs. 2605 for the SC/ST/PwD category.
Step 2: IPM AT 2025 Exam
You will be called to appear for the Aptitude Test, the second stage of the IPMAT selection process.
IIM IPM Aptitude Test is conducted across 36 cities in India.
Step 3: Selection of Eligible Candidates for Personal Interview
The Admissions Committee will decide the minimum cut-off marks in each section.
The minimum cut-off marks in each section will be based on your category.
Step 4: Personal Interview (Online/Offline)
You will qualify for the personal interview (PI) in the fourth stage of the IPMAT selection process after you have cleared all three sectional cutoffs.

You will only be called for a personal interview if you qualify for all the sectional cutoffs; missing even one will not fetch you a call.
Step 5: Merit List Generation & Final Selection
The final Merit List will be generated based on the composite score of the Aptitude Test Score (ATS) and Personal Interview (PI) scores.
The Composite Score (CS) is calculated by summing the Aptitude Test Score (ATS), which constitutes 65%, and the Personal Interview (PI) score, which constitutes 35%.
Provisional admission offers will be made accordingly, adhering to the Government of India reservation norms.

IPMAT Indore Selection Process 2025 (International Applicants)

Suppose you apply to the five-year IPM of IIM Indore as an international applicant. Most of the procedures for you will be the same as for a domestic applicant. However, the extra steps that are required are listed below.
In that case, you will be selected based on your:
Scholastic Assessment Test (SAT) Test score
Personal Interview (PI) performance
You shall not be considered for the final selection process if you fail to appear in SAT or PI.
You will be shortlisted for the next round of the selection process based on the merit list generated using the SAT score.
You will not be considered for the next stage of the selection process if you do not meet the minimum performance in any of the PI parameters.

You will be considered for the final selection process only if you satisfy the requirements mentioned in the earlier stages.

Remember, admission into IIM Indore through IPMAT Indore has sectional cutoffs instead of a total cutoff. This means you have to clear the cutoff for all three sections; failing to clear even one section will result in you not getting a call.
IIM Rohtak IPMAT Selection Process
You will be selected for the final admission process only if you qualify in all the stages that are mentioned below:
Stage I: Online Registration
Interested applicants who fulfil the above-mentioned eligibility criteria will fill out the registration form that aims at evaluating the applicant’s proficiency in academics as well as in extra-curricular activities.
The eligible applicants will pay a non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 4175/- (Four Thousand One Hundred Seventy-Five Only)
Stage II: IPM Aptitude Test (IPM AT 2025)
All the interested applicants will undergo IIM Rohtak’s IPM Aptitude Test, which will examine their aptitude, logical reasoning, and proficiency in English of the applicant.
Stage III: Online Personal Interview (PI)
The shortlisting will be based on the IPM AT 2025 scores.
The candidates, during their personal interviews, will be judged on the basis of their academics, general awareness, and communication skills.
Stage IV: Announcement of Selection List and Offer Acceptance
The final Merit List will be generated based on the composite score of IPM AT scores, Past Academics, and Personal Interviews.
The announcement of the Merit/rank List and sending of Offer Letters to the selected candidates will be made by the First Week of July.
Stage V: Provisional Admission to IPM 06 (2025-30)
The candidates accepting the offer of admission to the IPM program will be given a confirmation letter. The candidate is required to pay the First Year IIM fees for IPM (as mentioned in the confirmation letter) and needs to report to the institute campus for registration on the stipulated date.

IIM Ranchi IPMAT Selection Process
The IPM Program at Ranchi is a full-time five-year blended course of business studies from undergraduate to postgraduate level.
You will be awarded a Master of Business Administration (Integrated BBA-MBA) degree at the end of the five-year program.
The seat intake at IIM Ranchi would be around 120 for the IPM program.
