IPMAT Rohtak 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must satisfy the following eligibility criteria to apply for the IPMAT Rohtak program:

• General, NC-OBC, and EWS Category: Minimum 60% in standard X/ SSC and standard XII/ HSC or equivalent examinations, Maximum 20 years of age as of June 30, 2025.
• SC, ST, and PWD (DAP) Category: Minimum 55% in standard X/ SSC and standard XII/ HSC or equivalent examinations, Maximum 20 years of age as of June 30, 2025.

Note 1: Candidates who are likely to complete standard XII/ HSC or equivalent by the end of June 2025 can also apply, subject to meeting the minimum eligibility criteria after the declaration of results (only in the case of XII standard) as mentioned above.

Note 2: The percentage of marks obtained by the candidate in X and XII Standard would be calculated based on the aggregate marks of the best five subjects that appear in the mark sheet/grade sheet, irrespective of the Board’s regulation. 

Selection Process for IPMAT Rohtak 2025

Below is the step-wise selection process for the IPM program at IIM Rohhak: 

• Stage I: Online Registration: After reviewing the eligibility criteria, the applicants will pay a non-refundable registration fee of INR 4,937/- (Four Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty-Seven Only). 
• Stage II: IPM Aptitude Test: All the interested applicants will undergo IIM Rohtak’s IPM Aptitude Test which will examine the aptitude, logical reasoning, and proficiency in English of the applicant. 
• Stage III: Online Personal Interview (PI): The shortlisted applicants will be called for a personal interview based on minimum eligibility criteria and IPMAT score 2025. 
  I. The announcement of the Call for Personal Interviews (PI) will be made by the end of May 2025 (tentative).
  II. The candidates during their interviews will be judged based on their academics, general awareness, and communication skills.
  III. The interviews are proposed to be held in the first or second week of June 2025 (tentative).
• Stage IV: Announcement of Selection List and Offer Acceptance: The final merit list is compiled based on the IPMAT score, past academic performance (X & XII), and the personal interview.
• Stage V: Provisional Admission to IPM 2025:
  I. All selected candidates will receive a provisional offer letter for admission from ipmadmission@iimrohtak.ac.in on their registered email ID shortly after the merit list declaration. A candidate receiving an admission offer from IIM Rohtak (IIM-R) and accepting the offer within the stipulated date needs to deposit Rs. 1,00,000/- as the OAA i.e. Offer Acceptance Amount through the Institute's admission portal only. An automated receipt and a text message of the transaction will be shared by the associated bank on the registered email ID/mobile no. of the candidate.
  II. On acceptance of the admission offer and payment of OAA, the candidate will receive his/her confirmation letter for provisional admission to IPM Batch 07 (Session 2025-30) on his/her registered email ID. The paid OAA will be adjusted with the First Year Programme Fee. Such candidates will be required to pay the 1st installment of the First Year Programme Fee (as mentioned in the confirmation letter) through the Institute's admission portal only. If a candidate fails to pay the 1st installment of First-year program fees by the stipulated date mentioned in the admission confirmation letter, the seat will be canceled.
  III. The fee structure for IPM Batch 07 (Session 2025-30) is available on the institute's website.
