Once the CAT result is announced, candidates have to apply for the WAT and GD-PI round by each IIM through an official notification on its official website. Candidates meeting the cutoff have to log in with their CAT IDs to submit their names and CAT scores.

In IIM admission criteria, the second stage of the WAT-GD-PI round is conducted between February and April in designated cities.

Stage 3: Calculation of the Composite Score and the Final Selection

In the third stage of IIM admission criteria, your CAT composite score will be calculated based on various parameters to finalise your selection. These parameters will include:

  • CAT score
  • Graduation percentage/ CGPA
  • Class X and XII percentage/ CGPA
  • WAT/GD-PI
