Himachal Pradesh Civil Judge Books for Mains Examination 2025

• The mains examination of the Himachal Pradesh Judicial service examination for the civil judge post consists of 5 compulsory papers in different subjects and languages.
• The Himachal Pradesh Judicial service mains examination comprises five mandatory papers. These five papers are 850 marks in total.
• These 850 marks are divided into 5 Papers, i.e. Paper 1 is of civil law - I topics and contains 200 marks, Paper 2 is of civil law - II topics and has 200 marks, Paper 3 is of criminal law topics and contains 200 marks, Paper 4 is of English Composition, Essay writing and Translation and contains 150 marks, and Paper 5 is of Hindi Language and comprises 100 marks.
• The time allotted to the candidates for completing each paper is 3 hours, i.e. 180 minutes.
• This main examination will be conducted in the offline mode only, and it is a narrative examination.
