CUET Eligibility Criteria for Central University of Rajasthan 2025 for Major Science Subjects
Before proceeding with the CUET Application Form, you must check whether you have satisfied the eligibility criteria prescribed by the university or not.
1- B.Sc. Chemistry (Hons./Research)
You must have completed class 12 in Science Stream or an equivalent exam from any recognized board in India with Chemistry as one of the optional subjects.
If you belong to the general category, you must have secured 50% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination.
You should have scored 45% aggregate marks in class 12, if you belong to SC/ST/PWD/OBC/EWS categories.
2- B.Sc. Biotechnology (Hons./Research)
To get admission to Integrated M.Sc. Biotechnology program, you must have passed class 12 in Science Stream or an equivalent exam from any recognized board in India with Biology as one of the optional subjects.
If you belong to the general category, you must have secured 50% or equivalent grade in the aggregate, while it is 45% for SC/ST/PWD/OBC/EWS categories.
3- B.Sc. Physics (Hons./Research)
You must have passed 10+2 in Science Stream or equivalent exam from any recognized board in India with Physics and Mathematics as optional subjects.
If you belong to the general category, you must have obtained 50% aggregate marks or equivalent grades in class 12.
If you belong to the SC/ST/PWD/OBC/EWS categories, you must have scored 45% marks in the qualifying examination.
CUET Central University of Rajasthan Eligibility Criteria for Additional Science Courses
Apart from the CUET courses in major Science subjects such as Physics, Chemistry and Biology, the university offers additional courses in minor subjects as mentioned below:
4- B.Sc. Environmental Science (Hons./Research)
You must have completed 10+2 in Science Stream or equivalent exam from any recognized board in India with Biology or Mathematics as one of the optional subjects.
If you belong to the general category, you must have secured 50% aggregate marks or equivalent grades in class 12.
If you belong to SC/ST/PWD/OBC/EWS categories, you must have secured 45% marks in the qualifying examination.
2- B.Sc. Biochemistry (Hons./Research)
You must have completed 10+2 in Science Stream or an equivalent exam from any recognized board in India with Biology as one of the optional subjects.
If you belong to the general category, you must have secured 50% or equivalent grade in the aggregate, while it is 45% for SC/ST/PWD/OBC/EWS categories.
3- B.Sc. Microbiology (Hons./Research)
You must have passed class 12 in Science Stream or an equivalent exam from any recognized board in India with Biology as one of the optional subjects.
Those in the general category must have scored 50% aggregate marks or equivalent grades in the qualifying examination.

9- B.Sc. Mathematics (Hons./Research)
You must have completed class 12 in the Science stream or equivalent exam from any recognized board in India with Mathematics as one of the optional subjects.
You must have obtained a minimum of 50% aggregate marks or equivalent grades in class 12 if you belong to the general category.
The minimum qualifying marks for SC/ST/OBC/PWD/EWS categories are 45% aggregate marks.
CUET Central University of Rajasthan Eligibility Criteria for Other Courses
In the list of other courses apart from Science ones, the CUET cut-off for Economics is slightly higher than other courses. The eligibility criteria is mentioned below:
1- B.Sc. Economics (Hons./Research)
You must have passed class 12 or equivalent exam from any recognized board in India with Economics and Mathematics (or) Mathematics as one of the optional subjects.
If you belong to the general category, you must have scored 50% aggregate marks or equivalent grades in the qualifying examination.
If you belong to SC/ST/PWD/OBC/EWS categories, you must have scored 45% marks or equivalent grades in the qualifying examination.
2- B.Sc. Linguistics (Hons./Research)
You must have completed class 12 in Mathematics and any other subject or equivalent exam from any recognized board in India.
If you belong to the general category, you must have obtained 50% aggregate marks or equivalent grades in class 12.
