CUET Commerce 2025 Exam Pattern 

Before going into the specifics of the CUET Commerce syllabus, it's important to understand the overall structure of the exam.

The CUET exam is divided into three sections, each of which is aimed to assess a different area of your academic abilities and aptitudes:

Note: Except in domain subjects, i.e., Accountancy, Economics, Physics, Computer Science / Informatics Practices, Chemistry, and Mathematics / Applied Mathematics, the test duration will be 60 minutes.

• The CUET exam pattern highlights that you can select a maximum of 6 subjects in the exam, including language and General tests. For the first section, candidates can choose from 13 different languages. 
• The paper, which will include questions from the Commerce CUET syllabus, will be objective and consist of only multiple-choice questions (MCQs).
• The marking scheme is: Correct Answer: +5, Incorrect answer: -1 & Unattempted Answer: 0 

CUET Commerce Syllabus 2025 

The CUET syllabus for commerce students is carefully developed. It includes: 

• It encompasses 1-2 languages from Sections IA and IB to promote linguistic diversity and proficiency.
• It also includes 5 CUET domain subjects from Section II, such as Business Studies, Economics, Accountancy, Entrepreneurship, and Mathematics.

Section 1- Language papers 

The CUET exam is known for its extensive evaluation of language skills and covers 33 languages. The syllabus for each language is same: 

1. Reading Comprehension

There are 3 types of passages (300-500 words max.)
