What is the importance of Career Discovery in the life of a student?

The youth of India face many careers related problems like unemployment (7.8% as of March 2023), unemployability (more than 50% graduates as per India Skills Report of 2021), and job dissatisfaction (60% as per a Times Jobs in 2016 & a happyness.me report in 2022). Career Discovery is needed in your life to help you explore different career options in a guided way, discover your passion, and to make sure that you never have to face these problems in your life.

How many One-To-One Career counselling Sessions will I get?

This depends on the program you choose. A minimum of 4 and a maximum of 14 One-To-One Career counselling Sessions will provide to you across the Discover and Evolve Programs.

How do I know which program or batch I should enrol for?

If you are confused about your career and want to experience different careers, pick the Experience Program.

If you are confused about your career and want long-term support from expert Career Coaches but don’t have the time or mind to devote to the experience part, choose the Evolve Program.

If you are inclined towards a career choice or have shortlisted a few career options and want some validation, choose the Discover Program.

When in doubt about what to choose, choose the Experience Program.

Will I get any intimation before my live counselling sessions?

Yes, every One-To-One Career counselling Session will be scheduled with your agreement in advance, and every One-To-Many Career Guidance Webinar will be scheduled and informed about you in advance.

Will I be provided any document after each of my counselling?

Accepted Answer

Yes. After every One-To-One Career counselling Session, you will be given the respective detailed assessment report with personalized analysis conducted by the expert Career Coach and your assignment for the next week.

Are these Psychometric Tests validated/certified by a reputed psychologist or organization?

Yes, our bundle of psychometric tests is developed by a team of certified psychologists after rigorous testing and validation. We follow the IPAC (Interest, Personality, Aptitude, Career) framework for our Career Discovery & Experience programs.

For a One-To-One Career counselling Session, it will be rescheduled with you within 15 days. For a One-To-Many Career Guidance Webinar, you will be given access to the recording which you can view at your own time.

Why are these programs priced higher than most of the programs available to us?
